Minnehaha Falls in Minneapolis is running wide open this spring after a long winter with heavy snow. It's late in April but there's still a pile of snow visible to the right of the falls, halfway up the rock face.

I'm a photographer in Minneapolis, interested in many things. Sometimes I start with a plan, and sometimes something just catches my eye. I like to come up with my own spin on a subject and create an image with some sort of a twist. And when I know what I want, I'll spend a lot of time getting it.
